Star Packaging Cairns offers a range of delivery options for our customers, including courier deliveries, pallet deliveries, and international deliveries.

Courier deliveries will be made between 9am and 6pm and must be signed for unless stated otherwise in the special instructions at the time of placing the order. Please ensure that you fully check the contents of your delivery before signing to confirm receipt. We partner with Australia Post for reliable tracking and flexible delivery options, including the ability to change the delivery address or request delivery to a local pick-up point.

Pallet deliveries will be dispatched through our pallet network or on our own vehicles and will be delivered between 8am and 6pm on the next working day. You will be notified by email when your delivery is being dispatched, but will not be able to track it online.

For international deliveries, a quote for delivery will be generated and you will be contacted prior to dispatch to make payment. We aim to process and dispatch orders for next business day delivery (subject to stock availability), but please allow 2-3 days for delivery. Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday will normally be delivered the next day, with exceptions for Sundays and public holidays.

We offer free next day delivery to all wholesale customer orders delivered to the Cairns regional area, with no minimum order value. For deliveries outside of the Cairns regional area, additional charges may apply.

In the event that you need to return a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 working days of receipt. Refunds for damaged or defective goods can only be issued when the goods are returned to us within 20 working days of delivery. Star Packaging Cairns will arrange collection for any damaged or defective goods, but it is the customer’s responsibility to return the goods if the arranged collection date or time is missed.

If you wish to return a product for any other reason, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to request a return. The product must be in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. Please note that custom-made products are non-returnable.

Remote Area or Bulky Goods Delivery Charge
Star Packaging Cairns reserves the right to re-evaluate the delivery fee charged on the web-site if the delivery charge to the destination is excessive. If this new charge is unacceptable to the customer, SPC will refund the full amount of the order and the order will be cancelled.

Scandinavian Ice-Cream Cone Products
Please note that due to the fragile nature of our Scandinavian ice-cream cone products, we strongly discourage requesting shipping methods for these items. Instead, we encourage customers to choose the convenient pickup option available at checkout. Kindly be aware that refunds for any damage occurring during transit via third-party shipping services will not be available. We take utmost care in packaging our products, but we cannot guarantee their safety once they leave our premises through external shipping carriers. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but our priority is to ensure the best possible quality and condition of our delicate ice-cream cone products.
